Chalet

In the grounds of the Mountain Resort Patzenfeld is our unique ecological chalet, built according to strict criteria using only natural materials. The whole structure is made from larch from our own forest and is insulated with sheep’s wool. Even the electrical wires are covered not with plastic but natural textiles. That doesn’t mean our guests need forego modern comforts. At the heart of our fairytale Alpine chalet is a roaring open fire with a large supply of wood available within the chalet. An eco-friendly stove that burns wood-pellets feeds an innovative central heating system that warms the chalet by conduction. There are three private bedrooms on the upper floor and a large sitting room below with a kitchenette in one corner.

The Caravan Park Sesto offers you the possibility to combine the accommodation with Breakfast at the Berghof Patzenfeld mountain farm, realised in Alto Adige style, with the classic wooden terraces and a fantastic view over the mountains. You will hardly find anywhere else such a warm atmosphere. Our double rooms are big. Your children can be accommodated in the same room. In some rooms dogs are accepted, under the condition that their owners take their basket with them.

Appartaments

The apartments of Berghof Patzenfeld are something very special and authentic. They are all furnished with ancient furniture, with typical wooden terraces and romantic frescoes in South Tyrolean style. Your privacy is guaranteed by the division between the bedroom and the sitting-room. Their functionality is notable. In fact, they are all provided with a well-equipped kitchen, with a modern bathroom, television and many more. All this together with a quiet surrounding and a fantastic panorama. In some apartments dogs are accepted, under the condition that their owners take their basket with them.

The mobile home has two bedrooms (one with matrimonial bed and one with bunk beds) and two fully fitted bathrooms. The kitchen is furnished with electric hot plates, a multifunctional oven, a dishwasher and all the equipment (from dishes to tablecloths) required to make your stay even more pleasurable.
